Terrorists are invading the Whitehouse planning to kidnap Bush, you have to go through several levels as Bush and Miss Rice, shooting the terrorists and stopping them blowing up the Whitehouse! If you get onto the last level you will also have to defeat terrorist helicopters and a final van bomb!
